I had the opportunity to work with Blackberry / QNX designing and building custom components for testing on multiple self-driving vehicles. Projects have included concept car dashboards, autonomous vehicle sensor integration as well as designing and fabricating automotive bucks for trade-shows.
KARMA REVERO
JAGUAR XJ
BlackBerry QNX specially modified a Jaguar XJ, with a next-gen virtual cockpit controller that demonstrates ECU consolidation of an instrument cluster and infotainment system. The vehicle has a digital instrument cluster, considered safety-critical, and the Infotainment system, a non-safety-critical system running on a single silicon on chip (SOC).
